Kicking off Episode 5, Kim and Kendall attend the Balenciaga fashion show in Beverly Hills. As Kim was the brand ambassador, they enjoyed the special show featuring several walking girls, including Cardi B.

While at the show, Kim shared that she had a comedy movie script and was unsure about pitching it because she'd never done anything in that field before. Kim, in the wise words of yourself: "If you put that effort in, you'll get what you want." 

In a special sit-down, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner discussed the negative comments from people. During that sit-down, we watched as Kylie tears up about the subject.

In true Kardashian adventures, Khloe and Malika go to an animal farm to pick out a baby goat for Khloe's daughter, True. After getting there, she quickly realized that they're a lot to take care of for two reasons—they aren't toilet-trained, and they would consummate with their sisters (only a Kardashian would think about that). Quickly, they decided against that. 

The cameras follow Kim as she's on her way to pitch her comedy movie, The Fifth Wheel. After several meetings, she sold the film to Netflix and said she would produce and act in it.

As the episode title is "Baby Rockey," we flash to Kourtney as she is having a contraction. That night, she was taken to the hospital and released because it was a false alarm. The next day, October 31st, at about 11:55 p.m., she began pushing and delivering the baby at exactly midnight on November 1st, 2023.
