In a groundbreaking move for her burgeoning career, country breakout star Lily Rose is poised to grace the historic stage of the Grand Ole Opry for her debut performance on Saturday, May 11. The memorable evening will follow her highly anticipated EP release, Runnin' Outta Time, scheduled for Friday, May 10.

Rose told Fandom Daily that she has been waiting to walk through the Opry doors until she received an exclusive invitation to play. Making the vow to herself was a difficult undertaking since her humble beginnings were working overnight shifts at the Opry Mills Mall. The sacred venue is approximately a minute from the mall, just a short walk across a parking lot.

"It's absolutely full circle, no pun intended, with the Opry Circle. I worked at the mall that shares a parking lot with the Grand Ole Opry, which is called the Opry Mills Mall. That's what I was doing when I was hustling overnight, stocking shelves, trying to get a publishing deal and record deal," recalled Rose. "For me, I promised myself I'll never step foot in the Grand Ole Opry until I get the invite. I'm so grateful, It's been a very patient game."

Although it's been three years since her debut single, "Villain," Rose believes the Opry approached her at the right time. The unapologetic storyteller is now gearing up for her most vulnerable project to date, a six-track EP inspired by her life and lessons learned. With triumphs and trials woven into her journey, she stands poised to unveil her truth.

"I wanted to make sure the first time I walked in there, I had something to say about country music. It was all very intentional," stressed Rose. "It feels right, and my music is doing that. I am very excited."

The chart-topping artist is preparing to pull from her EP, Runnin' Outta Time. Although Rose's devoted fandom already received a small taste of the forthcoming collection with "True North" and "Parking Lot," she's preparing a set list that displays who she is at her very core – a boundary-breaking trailblazer.

"We've got like five songs. They are going to be really intentional, and they're going to be new," she said. "I don't even know if I'll play 'Villain,' we'll see."

Rose's tight-knit unit is not turning a blind eye to her endless planning and well-deserved honor. Friends and family are crossing borders to fill the church-like pews to celebrate Rose and witness her career-altering performance.

"My wife will be there, my family from New Jersey, Atlanta, and my in-laws from Las Vegas are coming into town," said Rose, full of excitement. "It's something that I didn't really even invite any of them to. Everyone just kind of feels the weight of this next chapter starting. They all really want to be there to support me, and I'm so grateful. The anchor in my life is my family."

Adding to the excitement surrounding Rose's upcoming Opry debut is the announcement of "Runnin' Outta Time: The Live Immersive Experience." The event is scheduled to take place at Nashville's newly renovated Cannery Hall on Thursday, May 9. The one-night-only event promises ticketholders a captivating showcase of Rose's new music.

When Cannery Hall invited Rose in for a tour of their new venue, she said it was a no-brainer to hold a special experience for her die-hard fans.

"I've never wanted to do what everyone else is doing in Nashville, It can get a little oversaturated with celebrations and release parties. I was like, 'How can we do something that's really different?' So as we were brainstorming, this really famous building with venues inside of it called Cannery Hall revamped their whole space, and they invited me for a tour, and it was really dope," explained Rose. "I looked and was like, 'This is how we do something different.' It is a one-night experience, and it won't be live-streamed. You have to be there to experience it. We're hoping that it's just something people can take away and be like, 'Wow…that was really cool and once-in-a-lifetime.' I'll do anything I can to connect with my fans face to face."

Nashville-based fans interested in buying tickets can visit her official website for more information. Rose will make her Opry debut on Saturday, May 11, just a day after her EP will become available to stream.
