We've waited, and they've returned! The Kardashians are finally back with the fifth season of their Hulu series. If you haven't watched the premiere episode, click the play button before reading this article because it might contain spoilers.

The family is busier than ever, and as always, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner are unpacking it all right away with the premiere. 

The family immediately kicks off the episode, and they dive into Kourtney's high-risk pregnancy. In a conversation with her closest circle, Kourtney shares details about the emergency fetal surgery she experienced with her most recent family addition, Rocky, with her husband, Travis Barker. In September, Kourtney took to Instagram and shared the emotional toll of her emergency surgery.

“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear,” she wrote. “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”
