Big Loud’s fast-rising star, Ashley Cooke, surprised the country music community over the weekend (Feb.21) when she introduced pop sensation and new duet partner, Joe Jonas, to the stage during her highly anticipated set at the New Faces show.

The duo delivered a powerhouse performance of their stream-worthy collaboration, “All I Forgot.” Cooke was celebrated at the 2025 Country Radio Seminar, an annual event that unites artists, journalists, and radio programmers.

This three-day conference at the Omni Hotel in Nashville sets the tone for the year ahead – featuring engaging workshops, dynamic showcases and providing journalists with the chance to connect with emerging talents like Cooke. CRS is the ultimate way to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving country music scene.

Cooke single-handedly demonstrated just how unpredictable the country music genre has become today. The crossover artist known for her relatable songwriting and country-pop sound shared her No.1 single, “Your Place,” and gave attendees a glimpse into her sophomore album with an unreleased track, “The F Word.” If that wasn’t enough, she wrapped her four-song set with an electrifying performance of her gut-wrenching duet with Jonas – proving she’s an artist who can’t be placed in a box.

The thought of a surprise appearance was on everyone’s minds, but many were skeptical. After all, Jonas has been juggling a packed schedule – pouring his energy into his upcoming album Music For People Who Believe In Love, filming a Disney+ Christmas movie with The Jonas Brothers, and gearing up for JONASCON, a one-day fan-focused event in their home state of New Jersey.

Cooke kicked off the poignant anthem, commanding the stage with her captivating presence and robust vocal range. Before the chorus, she seamlessly welcomed Jonas into the spotlight, elevating the moment. His entrance was met with thunderous applause, proving that Jonas Brothers fans were in the crowd and eager to witness the first-ever live performance of “All I Forgot.”

All I Forgot” revolves around the emotional aftermath of a breakup, where both individuals reflect on what they’ve lost. It’s about remembering the small moments and feelings they had with someone. The song conveys a sense of regret and longing, with the lyrics capturing the vulnerability of trying to move on while still holding onto the past.

Cooke penned the track alongside notable names in the industry – Jacob Kasher Hindlin, Griff Clawson, David Alexander, Naliya, Puth, and Jonas. While Joey Moi and award-winning Charlie Puth brought their producing expertise to the table.

“Creating this song with Joe was an experience I’ll never forget,” Cooke said in a press release. “This one goes out to anyone who has felt the sting of heartbreak.”

Cooke is not slowing down anytime soon. She is currently on her headlining Your Place Tour with Greylan James. The artist to watch will bring her astonishing talents to New York City’s Gramercy Theatre this week (Feb. 26) before she wraps in early March. Cooke will also be hitting the road with multi-platinum artists Cody Johnson and Kane Brown. For more information and tickets, visit her official website.
