The Hubb House Nashville will become available to rent in March 2024.
Bravolebrity Lindsay Hubbard is kicking on her cowgirl boots to step into her next chapter. The Summer House star jumped on social media (Feb. 20) to reveal new updates about the home she purchased in Nashville, Tennessee.
Signing on the dotted line symbolizes a fresh start following her unexpected breakup with Carl Radke. Her longtime friend-turned fiancé. Radke, the man behind Loverboy, proposed to Hubbard in Season 7. However, he called off the wedding shortly after.
In early January, Hubbard explained that she wouldn't be living in the house. Instead, she will be renting it out to tourists and Bravoholics.
"Turns out 2023 wasn't ALL that bad for me… I bought a HOUSE ya'll! 🏡 But I won't be the one living in it.. you guys will! 👯♀️," she explained alongside a snapshot of her at a realtor's office. "If you're heading to Nashville this year with a group of friends, you can stay at my rental property starting in March. 🤠 Giddy Up because #HubbHouse Nash is coming soon!! PS: this was my pile of paperwork from my closing last week!"
This move into the real estate sector hints at Hubbard's entrepreneurial spirit and her ability to turn personal setbacks into opportunities. The Bravo-themed house, with a honky tonk flair, is dubbed "Hubb House Nash" and will become available to rent come March.
Within ten days, Hubbard shared that the house was furnished by Furnitureland South and decorated by talented interior designers from Somerled Designs. She also tapped Hallson Hospitality to serve as her rental property team. Within a short clip on Instagram, she gave a glimpse of the bachelorette pad. The space includes a cowgirl mural wall, an aesthetically pleasing kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a large living room.
The announcement was met with enthusiastic support from fans, who have followed Hubbard through her highs and lows. Some fans pushed for a new reality TV spinoff based on the real estate investment. They did not hesitate to suggest playful titles and themes that align with the Bravo Network.
"If I ever go to Nashville, I will be renting the Hubb House! 🤠🏜🏡✌🏼," wrote a fan. "Can this be the next show? @bravotv@lindshubbs ✨👏🏻," another added.
The concept behind Hubb House capitalizes on a growing trend where fans seek immersive experiences that bring them closer to their favorite celebrities and reality stars. This initiative turns a simple property rental into a unique fan experience, leveraging a reality star's personal brand and lifestyle to create a connection beyond watching them on screen.
Through the curated design, personal touches, and memorabilia within the house, guests gain exclusive insights into the personality and preferences of the reality star. It's like stepping into a live episode of their favorite show.
