As most of the United States prepared for the eclipse, celebrities proved they're just as fascinated as us.

On Monday, a total solar eclipse was visible in 13 states across the US. The moon completely blocked out the sun, covering hundreds of cities and towns within a 115-mile-wide path. The next eclipse will be visible in the U.S. in 2024.

Taking part in the rare event, actors and musicians, including Jamie Lee Curtis, Bunnie XO, Lizzo, Patrick Mahomes, and several others across the globe joined in on Instagram to celebrate.
