Craig Conover talks about engagement and future plans with his successful girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo.
If you've been caught up in the swirling rumors about Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover's relationship, don't worry – the couple is still very much together and stronger than ever.
Conover recently (Dec. 9) addressed the gossip with E! News, reassuring Bravoholics that everything is going great between him and his beauty. Conover cleared up the confusion during a candid chat with the outlet at Southern Charm's season 10 premiere party.
"I don't know where that came from, because we're together, like, every week," said the reality star. "So, no, Paige and I are not broken up. We're still together."
The two have been dating for over three years, making it official in 2021. They have been busy juggling their careers, leaving fans to think that they don't have time to spend with each other. Ahead of Bravo Fan Fest in late November, Conover opened up about his holiday plans during a Q&A on Instagram. He admitted that he will be "in 15 different cities" between Thanksgiving and Christmas, including Paige's hometown of Albany, New York.
Before he set the record straight on the rumors, fans thought DeSorbo and Conover were waiting to call it quits on air, to help increase ratings.
"Why would we do that?!" the Pillows & Beer podcaster questioned. "Remember back in high school when people would gossip? Like, I got most dramatic in high school. I'm a huge gossiper, but just don't take everything so seriously."
He mentioned that the rumors confused him, considering that their relationship has been nothing but positive.
"If I would have given you a reason for that rumor to start, then I think I would have to defend it," said the Bravolebrity. "But I don't think me and Paige did anything."
While the duo isn't thinking about getting engaged anytime soon, the star's focus remains on growing his business in Charleston, while also supporting DeSorbo as she continues to thrive in her own career. In fact, he is enjoying watching her shine, which speaks volumes about the couple's strong dynamic.
"I don't have a ring," he admits. "I would like to one day. I'm having a lot of fun challenging myself in New York City now. The company's going really well in Charleston. I just don't wanna cut off everything that we're both doing. We're on these parallel paths, and it's really exciting. I can't wait to see what she accomplishes."
The gossip, however, was hard to ignore, as Bravoholics everywhere had been buzzing about a potential breakup. But fear not – DeSorbo's Summer House co-stars were quick to squash those rumors. Best friend Amanda Batula confirmed the status of their romantic relationship in Miami (Nov.23).
"Paige would never," said Batula, referring to waiting for the cameras were on to address the breakup. "She would never wait for you to see her breakup on camera. No, that is not happening."
Amanda's husband, Kyle Cooke chimed in, "The rumor mill sometimes just gets a little out of control."
So, let's call it: the couple is doing just fine, living their best lives and enjoying each other's company – no breakup in sight. Their relationship may not be a headline-grabbing spectacle, but these two are happy, healthy, and very much together.
