A close source addressed Disick's alarming physique and said the Kardashian family is "worried about him."
Scott Disick, known for his appearance on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, is causing a stir among reality TV fans with his striking weight loss. Concerns have escalated as his once-familiar frame appears noticeably slimmer, prompting speculation about the methods he may be to shed pounds.
During a recent casual outing with Sarah Bauer, a 28-year-old employee of Universal Music Group, Disick's gaunt appearance caught the attention of onlookers, sparking a flurry of social media comments. Many have suggested that Disick,40, could be turning to the widely discussed medication Ozempic, a popular choice among celebrities for managing weight.
"I'm no doctor, but I can tell you that doesn't look healthy," wrote an X user. "Ummm…what is going on with Scott Disick? He looks unwell," added another.
Disick previously shared his struggles with weight gain following a 2022 car crash. Disick, former partner of Kourtney Kardashian, was involved in a car accident (Aug. 21) in Calabasas, Southern California, as reported by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department (LASD). He was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the collision, which LASD attributed to speeding, ruling out alcohol as a factor.

Although Disick sustained minor injuries in the crash, he declined medical treatment and was picked up by family members. The vehicle flipped during the accident, but fortunately, no one else was harmed. Disick, who shares three children with Kardashian, requested that his car be towed away from the scene.
"So I was going up to pick Mason up because we were going to a movie. I was driving by myself," Disick recently recalled. "I made a right, and then the curbs in that neighborhood are not flat curbs – they are kind of like little lips. So, the wheel came into the little lip and made it pull a little, and by the time it pulled, it smacked into a pillar. It hit and somersaulted forward, then hit, then landed. I was up there [in my car] strapped in and hanging. Then I couldn't get out, and I tried the sunroof."
The New York native suffered a severe back injury, which forced him to take a step back from his rigorous fitness routine. A close source told the Daily Mail (March 19) that Disick has turned to Ozempic to return to his healthy lifestyle. The anonymous source addressed concerns and insisted that Disick had not fallen sick.
"He is not ill and isn't doing hardcore drugs," they allegedly shared. "Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with their kids if he was in the throes of an addiction. Scott started taking Ozempic because he had serious issues with his weight gain. This time last year, he saw himself as fat."

The insider continued, "He had gained a lot of weight and couldn't stand seeing himself in video footage that aired in the past few months. He would go to great lengths to cover it up. Scott wanted the easy way out of his dad bod. But now it has clearly gone too far, and, of course, the family is worried about him."
As discussions about his health continue, it's likely that his journey will be closely followed, potentially becoming a storyline on his family's reality show, The Kardashians. Season five is expected to premiere on May 23 on Hulu.
Fan Of View: While some fans believe that Disick has turned to Ozempic to achieve his slimmed-down physique, others propose a darker scenario. They suggest that Disick's struggles may be rooted in addiction, potentially stemming from prescription drugs prescribed after his 2022 car crash.
These fans speculate that Disick could have become dependent on these medications, leading to his noticeable physical changes. Meanwhile, another group believes that Disick's weight loss could be attributed to a return to partying and experimentation with drugs like cocaine, known for its appetite-suppressing effects.
