This will be Harry's second time doing double duty on the late night sketch series.
Harry Styles revealed today (Feb. 23) that he will be pulling double duty on Saturday Night Live on March 14, by both hosting and performing as the musical guest. This will be Styles first appearance on the show since 2019, when he also hosted and performed.
The singer announced the news with SNL's signature sticky notes post.
His appearance lines up shortly after the release of his highly anticipated upcoming album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, which comes out a week prior on March 6. There's no doubt his performances will feature tracks off of this album, and we're hoping one of them is "Aperture" (which the fans already love).
Harry has been doing a fair bit of acting since his last appearance. Of course he had a Dunkirk credit under his belt when he first hosted in 2019, but since then he's appeared as the lead in two movies, Don't Worry Darling and My Policeman. Plus, don't forget his after credits scene in Marvel's Eternals.
While we wait with anticipation, let's look back at some highlights from Harry's past appearances dating all the back to 2012 with One Direction.
The Manuel Ortiz Show: Father and Grandfather - Aired 4/7/12
Harry made his SNL debut when One Direction served as that week's musical guest. Naturally, the group showed up in one of the sketches. Stick around until the end for the boys’ cameo and some unexpectedly impressive dance moves.
Paul Rudd is One Direction's Biggest Fan - Aired 12/7/13
In their next appearance, One Direction starred in a digital short. Paul Rudd played their oldest fan, hilariously fawning over the band alongside a group of teenagers.
Girlfriends Talk Show with Amy Adams and One Direction - Aired 12/20/14
This sketch revolves around two young girls hosting a talk show about everything a young girl likes. Needless to say, they were caught off guard when One Direction made an appearance.
'Ever Since New York' Performance - Aired 4/15/17
In 2017, Harry appeared on the show for the first time as a solo artist performing "Ever Since New York." Excellent song choice, Harry.
Airline Pilots - Aired 11/16/19
From Harry's latest appearance where he plays an airplane pilot having a rather raunchy conversation over the PA and hilarity ensues.
