Jonas Brothers fans, assemble! Nick Jonas is back on Broadway, and his brothers Joe and Kevin are showing up in full support.

The trio had a mini-family reunion at the Hudson Theatre in New York City on Tuesday (March 18), as previews kicked off for The Last Five Years.

Kevin took to his Instagram story to hype up his little bro, posting a photo of the stage with the caption, "Let's get it @nickjonas." Meanwhile, Joe shared a shot of the music sheet for "Still Hurting," one of the musical’s most emotional songs. The brothers later snapped a celebratory picture on stage with Nick’s co-star, Adrienne Warren.

Nick, 32, takes on the role of Jamie, an ambitious novelist, while Adrienne Warren, 37, plays Cathy, a struggling actress. The Last Five Years is a unique love story told in two different timelines – Jamie’s perspective moves forward from their first kiss to their breakup, while Cathy’s version rewinds from the end of their marriage back to the beginning.

It’s a rollercoaster of emotions, and Nick himself admitted on his latest apperance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, "It's natural to feel a little nervous, so I'm trying to step into this with real focus and confidence. But it's a big show and it's got a lot of fans over the world."

This marks a major return to the stage for Nick, who was last on Broadway in 2012’s How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Meanwhile, Warren is fresh off her Tony-winning performance as Tina Turner in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical.

While it’s an exciting moment for Nick, it’s also a historic one for The Last Five Years. The musical, written by three-time Tony winner Jason Robert Brown, has been beloved since its 2001 Chicago premiere but has never officially been on Broadway – until now. Brown even took the stage on opening night, with director Whitney White presenting him with flowers to celebrate the milestone.

“Giving a big cheers to him for the Broadway debut of The Last Five Years,” White said.

If you thought Nick was busy with Broadway, think again. The Jonas Brothers are also dropping a new single, Love Me to Heaven, this Friday (March 21), and hosting their first-ever JonasCon fan convention this weekend in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The event is packed with Jonas-approved entertainment, including performances from Nick Jonas solo, Joe Jonas' band DNCE, and even their youngest brother Franklin Jonas.

With The Last Five Years officially opening on April 6 for a limited 14-week run, there’s no doubt Broadway fans (and Jonas superfans) will be packing the Hudson Theatre. If the opening night hype is any indication, Nick’s return to the stage is already a smash hit!
