Kelsea Ballerini is putting her “HEARTFIRST.”

Fans of the country hitmaker and Chase Stokes are buzzing with excitement after confirming that the couple is back together. The two stars, who called it quits earlier this year, were spotted together in Scotland earlier this month. 

According to Us Weekly, multiple sources reveal that Ballerini and Stokes are giving their relationship another shot. 

“They’re giving their relationship another try,” said the insider. “There’s still a lot of love there, so they fell back into it very naturally.” 

Their recent outing near Edinburgh Castle certainly supports that idea, with eye-witness Gemma Kennedy telling the publication, “They seemed like the sweetest people” and “very much loved-up,” even holding hands at a bar before Stokes took selfies with her son and niece.

Neither Ballerini nor Stokes has made an official statement about their rekindled romance, but the photos and insider insights paint a clear picture of renewed affection. The pair’s reunion comes two months after Us Weekly broke the news that they had split, citing recent arguments and busy schedules as contributing factors. 

An insider explained at the time, “It was a hard split. They had been arguing a lot recently, and their communication wasn’t great in the last month. They were both traveling so much and trying to juggle everything, and the arguments piled up.” 

It was noted that Ballerini had initiated the breakup but also emphasized that both were mature about the decision and still cared deeply for each other.

Her dedicated fandom, The Legends, are reacting with shock but also support. 

“We’re genuinely surprised to hear they’re back together, but we trust Kelsea’s judgment,” said a fan of her work. “If she’s happy, that’s all that matters to us.”
