Chelsea Blackwell, a contestant on Season 6 of Netflix's Love Is Blind, has sparked quite the conversation online after mentioning her celebrity look-alike Megan Fox, during a pod date with fellow contestant Jimmy Presnell. 

The remark has set the internet ablaze, with some fans humorously accusing Blackwell of knowing the impact of her comparison to the Hollywood star. The 31-year-old flight attendant engaged with the playful criticism, even calling on those who have previously compared her to Fox to speak up in her defense.

The social media video posted on Monday (Feb. 20) displayed Blackwell's self-awareness and humor, making her a fan favorite in Season 6.

"This would be a great time for the people who have ever told me that I resembled her to come forward, please," she uttered in a selfie-style clip. "I'm begging you," Blackwell added while laughing. 

Her comment prompted widespread speculation and memes. Blackwell told Access Hollywood that the conversation was cut off by production and came after Jimmy compared himself to NFL player Christian McCaffrey. 

"What they didn't show is right before that, he was like, 'Yeah, I look like [NFL player] Christian McCaffrey,'" she recalled. 

Despite the mixed reactions, Chelsea expressed regret over the conversation, concerned that it might have given the wrong impression. She emphasized that she never intended to deceive Jimmy – noting that she herself doesn't see the resemblance to Fox, despite others' observations.

"I do feel bad. Everyone's like, 'You catfished him!' Man, I didn't mean to," Blackwell told the outlet. "I do regret having that conversation with him. Why'd we have to do that?" 

Fan reactions have been divided, with some supporting Chelsea's comparison, while others criticized the move as misleading. The debate even led to speculation about Jimmy's reasons for choosing Chelsea over another contestant, Jess Vestal, sparking further discussion among Love Is Blind viewers.

"Jimmy only picked Chelsea because he didn't wanna be a stepdad, and he thought he was getting Megan Fox," wrote a fan on X. "Jess looks more like Megan Fox than Chelsea does," another added.
