Paris Hilton is clapping back at Mauricio Umansky after he went against the family. The socialite recently (March 12) turned to social media to criticize Umansky for discussing family disputes on his Netflix show, Buying Beverly Hills

The preview for season two features Umansky shedding light on the family drama involving his exit from Hilton and Hyland to pursue his own venture. The reality show, which is expected to premiere on Netflix on Friday, March 22, promises viewers an intimate look into the high-stakes world of luxury real estate and the complex dynamics of family and business.

"I think I got kind of f–ked by Hilton and Hyland," said the real estate mogul in the short clip. "And when I say f–ked, you know like today, I'm happy. But there were 100 agents at Hilton and Hyland. They did $1 billion for the first time a year. I was 19.6 percent of their production."

Hilton voiced her frustration on social media, denouncing Umansky's recurrent mention of the Hilton name for self-promotion through his "lame show."

"My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road. He would never speak negatively about his family — especially in the press," Hilton wrote in the comments. "Frankly, we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It is enough already."

Umansky, 53, shared insights into his strained relationship with his brother-in-law, Rick Hilton—Paris' father—highlighting a pivotal disagreement over partnership and equity at the Hilton and Hyland real estate firm. Despite his attempts to reconcile the situation, Umansky's decision to leave and establish The Agency led to familial tensions – notably affecting Kyle Richards, Umansky's now-estranged wife and Kathy Hilton's sister.

"I think Hilton and Hyland is an amazing company, and I would never be caught dead speaking poorly about them because I don't think poorly about them," shared Umansky. And I am Rick's brother-in-law. But unfortunately, it got sour because it really affected the family, Kyle, more than anybody. You know, her family stopped speaking to her."

Allegedly, Richards was initially supportive of Umansky's decision to move.

"I went home and I talked to Kyle. I go, 'This is really going to cause a lot of stress between you and your sister and your family. And I don't want to do this move of leaving and starting a company if you're not comfortable.'" he said. "She was 100 percent supportive."

In the glitzy world of Beverly Hills real estate, the fallout between Mauricio Umansky and Rick Hilton is more than just a family feud, it's the hidden battle for dominance in a city where reputation is everything. Umansky's departure from Hilton and Hyland to establish The Agency was a calculated risk aimed at shaking the foundations of the Beverly Hills real estate market.

Fan Of View:  Bravoholics are buzzing with theories that Mauricio Umansky's bold move to leave Hilton and Hyland and start The Agency might have stirred up more drama than we thought, potentially even playing a part in his split with Kyle Richards. Despite Kyle supposedly being all in on Mauricio's new biz, the chatter is that the pressure of mixing family feuds with business might have brought some deep-seated issues to the surface, leading to their breakup. Now that Mauricio spilled the tea on family matters, many are convinced this could be the point of no return for getting the family back on good terms.
