The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion for Season 13 has the potential to make Bravo history and be the most dramatic yet. The trailer released on Wednesday evening (Feb. 21) has Bravoholics stunned, as it showcases the reunion being interrupted by a shocking medical emergency. Despite the intense drama amongst the group, every housewife catapulted into action to help their friend – Sutton Stracke, 52. 

Within the two-minute trailer, Stracke suffered an emergency right in the midst of filming. The unsettling scene unfolds with Stracke visibly distressed while sitting alongside Andy Cohen. 

The incident began to unfold immediately after a former "friend" of the cast, Kathy Hilton, walked onto the set. Once Hilton sat on the legendary couch, Sutton hunched over co-star Garcelle Beauvais' lap and made a concerning gasping noise. The urgency of the situation escalates as Beauvais calls out for help, prompting a visibly shaken Cohen to comment on Stracke's noticeable trembling. 

"Can we call somebody please?" screamed Beauvais. 

"You're shaking, you're shaking, you are really shaking," Cohen pointed out. 

"Oh my God, that's scary," uttered Dorit Kemsley. 

The preview reaches a tense climax with the arrival of a medical professional to attend to Stracke – leaving both the cast and viewers anxiously awaiting further developments. 

This season's reunion is not just about the medical scare, it's also filled with emotional confrontations and explosive revelations. Stracke finds herself at odds with Kyle Richards, her once close friend, over allegations related to Richards' split from Mauricio Umansky.

The dispute between the two escalates into a broader conflict that sees Richards facing criticism from another housewife, Dorit Kemsley. Kemsley questions Richards' relationship with country singer Morgan Wade, sparking further controversy and complicating Richards' personal life amid media speculation.

"You knew by saying something like that it was gonna create a bigger problem for me in the media with the whole Morgan situation," said Richards, referring to her rumored relationship with the singer-songwriter. 

The tension peaks when Cohen probes into the possibility of a romantic future between Richards and Wade, a question that visibly flusters Richards and leaves her struggling for a response.

"Could you see yourself with Morgan?" asked Cohen. "Do you talk about divorce," he added, after she struggled to answer the question about Wade. Without hesitation, Richards broke down in tears – signifying that the separation is more complex than Bravoholics thought. 

As fans eagerly anticipate the airing of the reunion, the promise of raw emotions, personal revelations, and the shocking medical incident involving Stracke ensures that season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will be remembered as one of the most intense and stress-inducing chapters in the franchise's history.

The three-part reunion will kick off on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
