The episode picks up with the aftermath of the family’s ill-fated camping trip to Joshua Tree. Kris Jenner shocks everyone — especially Khloé — by abruptly leaving in the middle of the night. Khloé wakes up to a voicemail from her mother explaining that she had to "get out of dodge." To the cameras, Khloé half-jokes that Kris’s sudden departure will no doubt resurface in therapy, as it only fuels her abandonment issues. She dryly adds, "Of course she vanished into thin air. I'm not surprised she left me, but I'm surprised she left Kim."

Back at home, Kendall and Kylie visit Khloé to catch up before a busy week. Kendall seizes the opportunity to address Khloé’s recent reunion with her ex, Lamar Odom.

"I could tell you were shut off," Kendall says gently. Khloé acknowledges that she was guarded, explaining, "I think it would be foolish of me to not put up walls."

Frustrated, Khloé opens up in her confessional, venting that while her family may mean well, they can’t fully grasp the emotional scars she's carrying. She reflects on the recurring pattern in her relationships. 

"Everyone loves to say how great I am — after. But why don't you think that before? It's really insulting."

Paris Fashion Week Takeover

Meanwhile, Kendall and Kylie jet off to Paris to dominate Fashion Week. During lunch, Kendall coaches her younger sister on surviving her first runway walk, reassuring her that "it's really not that scary."

Kendall stuns in a dramatic red gown during her L'Oréal show, even waving to adoring fans from a balcony before taking the runway. "I felt like a princess for two seconds," she beams.

Not to be outdone, Kylie makes a splash by walking in her first-ever show for Coperni, with the magical Disney Paris castle serving as the backdrop. It’s a career-defining moment for both sisters.

While the younger Jenners take over Paris, Khloé, Kris, and longtime friend Malika Haqq head to London for a quick 48-hour getaway. Though the trip is meant to be lighthearted, Khloé can’t fully escape her complicated reality.

During a candid moment, Khloé reveals that Lamar has been sending her unsettling DMs. To make matters worse, she learned from the news — not from Lamar himself — that he had purchased a blow-up doll made to look like her.

"It's creepy and gross," she says, visibly disgusted.

Trying to shift focus, the women embark on a luxury shopping spree at Selfridge’s, searching for holiday gifts. Kris even embarrasses Khloé by snapping a photo of her in front of the Good American display. Later, they cruise around London to see Christmas lights, though Khloé is less than enthused: "Once you've seen one Christmas light, you've seen them all."

The next day, Khloé powers through a jam-packed schedule: a podcast photoshoot, a Vogue feature, interviews, and most importantly, the launch of her fragrance, XO Khloé, at Harrod’s.

Khloé is overwhelmed with emotion seeing how much effort Harrod’s put into her launch, calling it "pure perfection." She proudly shares that XO Khloé is the first project she's completed without her sisters' involvement, making it a deeply personal milestone.

At the launch party, Khloé thanks Haqq for her unwavering support, while Kris gushes about how proud she is of her daughter, predicting that Khloé’s forties will bring even more success and happiness.

Closing Out With Kim’s Birthday Bash

Once back home, the family regathers to celebrate Kim Kardashian’s 44th birthday with an intimate party surrounded by their closest friends. Kris kicks off the evening with a heartfelt speech, praising Kim for being an amazing mother and role model. To make the night even more personal, the group plays a game where each person describes Kim in just one word: Kris chooses "strength," Kendall picks "courageous," Kourtney Kardashian says "loyal," and Khloé dubs her "enchanting."
