The viral breakup anthem gets a reality-TV cameo twist in Tucker’s cinematic new visual.
If you thought Tucker Wetmore was only collecting music wins this year, think again. The 26-year-old singer-songwriter and CMA New Artist of the Year nominee is stepping into his pop-culture era with a brand-new video for “Brunette,” and he didn’t come alone. In a crossover no one had on their 2025 bingo card, the visual features Bachelor Nation faves Joey Graziadei and Hannah Godwin, meaning country fans and reality TV stans finally get to meet in the middle.
The Wild West Setup Feels Like a Mini Movie
From the first frame, “Brunette” goes full cinematic. Directed by Wetmore alongside Chase Foster, the music video drops Tucker into a Western world where he plays a small-town sheriff chasing down a brunette outlaw. The setting does exactly what it needs to do: raise the stakes, make the story feel playful and dramatic at once, and give the song a bigger-than-life backdrop that matches its fan-favorite status.
Filmed in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for Peak Western Energy
The clip was filmed at Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and the location choice really sells the fantasy. It’s dusty, dramatic, and built for wanted posters and saloon doors swinging open, basically the perfect stage for Tucker’s sheriff-on-a-mission storyline.
Hannah Godwin and Joey Graziadei Go Full Character Mode
The cameos aren’t subtle. Hannah Godwin stars as “The Brunette,” the outlaw-love interest at the center of the story, while Joey Graziadei shows up as the bartender in the saloon. Hannah’s transformation is especially fun. She swaps her signature blonde hair for a dramatic brunette look, making the casting feel like a wink to both Bachelor Nation and Tucker’s lyrics.
And the whole thing came together because of real friendships. Tucker told Us Weekly that Joey and Hannah are close friends, and when he pitched them his big idea, wigs included, they were 100% down to ride with it.
Why This Feels Like a Pop Culture Moment
“Brunette” already plays like a clever breakup anthem with personality, Tucker trying to outrun his old type after getting burned by blondes, then aiming his attention somewhere new. The video takes that idea and turns it into a storyline that also serves as a reality-TV cameo.
Country music meets Bachelor Nation. A sheriff chase becomes a romantic punchline. And two reality stars step into a Western world without missing a beat. It’s the kind of crossover that feels tailor-made for the internet timeline, because whether you came for Tucker Wetmore, Joey Graziadei, or Hannah Godwin, you’re leaving with something to talk about.
