Just hours after Homeland Security agents and law enforcement stormed (March 25) Sean "Diddy" Combs' Los Angeles and Miami Homes, an old interview with Usher surfaced. The world-renowned rapper is currently under a sex trafficking investigation.

In 2016, Usher appeared on The Howard Stern Show and reflected on his time living with the music mogul. At just 13-years-old, Usher was introduced to the luxurious yet inappropriate lifestyle in 1994. He described the year-long stay as "pretty wild" and "crazy."

"I got a chance to see things," Usher explained. "I went there to see the lifestyle – and I saw it. I don't know if I could indulge and understand what I was even looking at. It was pretty wild."

Reflecting on his time at Diddy's "Flavor Camp," Usher shared memories of being immersed in the music scene, rubbing shoulders with influential artists like Biggie Smalls, Lil' Kim, Faith Evans, and Mary J. Blige

Usher credited Diddy for teaching him valuable entrepreneurial lessons and instilling a passion for creativity and collaboration. However, he also acknowledged being exposed to a different side of the industry, including encounters with sex and wild parties.

"Sex is so hot in the industry, man," Usher pointed out. "There was always girls around. You'd open a door and see somebody doing it or several people in a room having an orgy. You never knew what was going to happen."

When asked if he would ever send his children to "Puffy Camp," the GRAMMY Award-winner quickly said, "Hell, No."

Usher stayed with Diddy In Manhattan when The Notorious B.I.G. was fine-tuning his debut album, Ready to Die, with Bad Boy Records. Diddy founded the label in 1993 and signed numerous artists, including Faith Evans, French Montana, Machine Gun Kelly, and Janelle Monáe.

"I saw him in real time working it out, him building something from nothing, him understanding how culture and collaboration could build careers," Usher later told PEOPLE. "Being able to see that, that's what I got."

The resurfacing of this interview comes amidst federal raids on Diddy's properties, reportedly linked to sex trafficking allegations in ongoing lawsuits. The raids, conducted by Homeland Security Investigations (H.S.I.), have sparked controversy, with Diddy's lawyer condemning the use of excessive force. In a statement, Diddy's attorney declared the raids as an "unprecedented ambush" and asserted Diddy's innocence, emphasizing that there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability against him. FOX 11 showed Justin Combs, 30, and Christian 'King' Combs, 25, in handcuffs outside their Beverly Hills home during the incident.

"There was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residences," said Combs' attorney, Aaron Dyer, in a statement. "There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated."

Dyer continued, "This unprecedented ambush – paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits."

Diddy's swift departure (March 26) to a Miami airport after the raids raised suspicions. These actions coincide with a series of disturbing allegations, including accusations of sexual assault and abuse by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and others.
