Georgia Webster, the burgeoning artist breaking boundaries, continues to impress with her latest endeavor. Fresh off the press is her third EP, SIGNS, a testament to her remarkable versatility across country and pop genres. Amidst the ever-evolving musical landscape, Webster stays true to her roots, anchoring her singer-songwriter essence in the heart of her hometown.

"I grew up in the country in Hampden, Mass. It's a super country town with no stoplights and about 4,000 people. Growing up, all we did was have bonfires and drive around in trucks. I feel like Kacey Musgraves was the first country artist I fell in love with," she added.

As she chased her dreams beyond her hometown, Webster attended Berklee College of Music's songwriter camp, where her passion for the craft started. In July 2020, Webster shared "Tell Your Mom" on social media, and it was on everyone's radar. While the newcomer was receiving interest from pop and rock labels in New York and Los Angeles, her passion for small-town roots and being a songwriter helped her decide to move to Nashville.

"Just moving to Nashville, the songwriting is so important there," explained Webster. "It's the number one thing for creatives and it just expanded my songwriting so much to allow me to grow so much as a songwriter."

For the project. Webster collaborated with the well-known producer King Henry, who has worked with Sasha Sloan, Justin Bieber, Major Lazer, and Beyonce, to create a more sophisticated sound that reflects her diverse musical influences.

"I ended up VM'ing [voice messaging] King Henry, who produced the project, and I was like, "Do you have any time to produce my stuff?" Because he followed me on Instagram, and I was a huge fan of him. I asked him if he would produce it, and he was like, "Can you come over to my house and we can see?" So I went over, played him all the songs, and he loved them, so he ended up producing the project," tells Webster.

There are several standout songs on the project; however, "Wedding Song" might be the most special one.

"I think it's some of my best writing ever. I came up with the hook: "I danced to a wedding song that I didn't like." It's like I would do anything for you, I would give up my life for you. I've compromised anything, compromised everything for you. I played it for some of my friends before I ever recorded it," she recalled. "When I first wrote the song, when I did the demo, I played it for some of my music friends, and they were like, "This is such a feeling that's so hard to put into words, like such a relatable feeling." I feel like people are gonna relate to it a lot."

The entire project is perfectly crafted to reflect the cross-genre blend that Webster has to offer. With songwriting credits from Emily Weisband, Lydia Vaughan, and Tofer Brown, to name a few, the emerging songstress's third EP is her best yet.

"I wrote a lot of songs for it, honestly. I think I wrote like 30-something songs. I wrote about 20 songs by myself when it first happened, and then I just kept writing and writing because I was so heartbroken about it, and it ended up coming together so perfectly. It wasn't like I was planning on making it a project. I was just writing a bunch of songs, and they ended up fitting the theme so well," Webster told Fandom Daily

While celebrating the milestone, Georgia appeared at CMA Fest 2024 in Nashville, TN. The powerhouse vocalist wowed the country community with her fresh tracks and stadium-ready stage presence.

It's clear she's on the brink of something special. In a music world defined by constant change and experimentation, Webster's path is filled with promise and excitement. With her knack for blending genres and captivating audiences, she's primed to make a lasting impact – leaving her mark on the industry for years to come.
