In the film Thelma, the esteemed actress June Squibb plays the role of Thelma Post, a woman in her nineties who becomes a target of a phone scam where the caller pretends to be her grandson. This heartwarming comedy is inspired by writer-director Josh Margolin's grandmother and features Fred Hechinger as Thelma's grandson and the late Richard Roundtree as her partner-in-crime.

The Bikeriders

Writer-director Jeff Nichols has been working on The Bikeriders for over ten years, a project that he's very passionate about. The movie tells the story of the Vandals, a motorcycle club based in Chicago during the 1960s, depicting their rise and eventual decline. It draws inspiration from a photo book by renowned photographer Danny Lyon, published in 1967. The plot revolves around the unexpected love story between naive Kathy (Jodie Comer) and rebellious biker Benny (Austin Butler). The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Tom Hardy, Michael Shannon, Mike Faist, Boyd Holbrook, and Norman Reedus.
