As the holiday season kicks off, Thanksgiving serves as a heartfelt reminder to pause and reflect on the blessings in our lives. From cherished family traditions to unexpected moments of joy, the holiday is a time to celebrate gratitude, connection, and the memories that shape us.

Across the country, people are gathering around the table to share what they’re most thankful for, and for many, it’s the simple yet profound joys—love, health, and community—that truly stand out.

Drew Green

Thanksgiving is a time for creating lasting memories, and for singer-songwriter Drew Green, one moment stands out as a family favorite.

“I remember my son Levi just learning to talk and over dinner yelling to the whole family, ‘Happy Thanksgiving,’ with food all over his face. It is something we all laugh about now,” Green shared.

When reflecting on what Thanksgiving means to him personally, Green emphasized the importance of gratitude for the things that truly matter. “Being thankful for family and my country and our freedom,” he said. “Every year, seeing my children grow—it makes me realize how blessed I am.”

For Green, Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate love, laughter, and togetherness, while also taking a moment to appreciate the blessings of family and the freedoms he holds dear.

Ashley Ryan

As Thanksgiving approaches, Ashley Ryan is reflecting on the friendships that have brought her happiness and support.

“I’m grateful for the group of friends I’ve made the past couple years,” she shared. “They are my ride or dies and have brought so much joy to my life!”

Ryan also shared a heartfelt Thanksgiving tradition she’d like to start. “I think a really sweet Thanksgiving tradition that I would love to start implementing would be feeding the homeless,” she explained. “So many people joke about being so full on Thanksgiving day; I think that is such a blessing we often take for granted! I would love for someone else who doesn’t get that chance to get to experience a full tummy as well!”

Tommy Winkler

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection and gratitude, and social media sensation Tommy Winkler, widely known as "The Food Guy," has plenty to be thankful for this year. In a heartfelt message, Winkler shared his deep appreciation for the people and experiences that have shaped his journey.

“There is so much I am grateful for this Thanksgiving,” Winkler begins. “I am thankful for all of my family and how supportive they have been throughout my journey to get to where I am today.”

At the top of his gratitude list is his girlfriend, Jess, who has been a pillar of support in both his personal and professional life. “She is always there for me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her,” he shares. “She has been a big part of my success, and she really keeps me grounded and motivated so I don’t get burnt out.”

Winkler also took a moment to thank his dedicated followers, affectionately known as the "Foodie Fam." Their enthusiasm fuels his passion for experiencing new cuisines and creating content that resonates. “I am thankful for all of the Foodie Fam for their endless support and love for my videos. Without them, I wouldn’t be able to do what I love so much on a daily basis—experiencing new foods and traveling the world to make the best videos possible.”

But beyond family, fans, and success, Winkler credits his faith as the foundation of his gratitude. “I am just in a really good place in life, and the person I am most thankful for is my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him and the path He has set out for me, I would be so lost.”
