Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have officially finalized their divorce.

According to the Associated Press, a Miami-Date County judge has signed off on a confidential agreement between the two A-listers, making them divorced and single. The hearing was on Friday (Sept. 6), but legal documents began circulating late Tuesday (Sept. 10) evening.

Judge Gina Beovides, said that their marriage was "irretrievably broken."

The details of their settlement remain confidential. However, many fans are curious about the custody agreement for their two daughters, Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2. The specifics of their child custody arrangement, including whether the children will reside in the U.K. with Turner or in the U.S. with Jonas, have not been disclosed, leaving fans eager for more information.

Both Jonas and Turner have yet to comment on their finalized divorce.

Jonas, 35, filed for divorce approximately a year ago. The two were married for five years before they decided to call it quits. The breakup came as a surprise and sparked confusion and concern among the Jonas Brothers fandom.

Following rapid-fire rumors, the two turned to social media to issue a joint statement.

"After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage," said the statement on Instagram. "There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision, and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

Their marriage had a prenup, leaving child custody one of the biggest issues during the settlement. Following the announcement, Turner sued Jonas, accusing him of withholding their daughters' passports and preventing her from returning them to the U.K. The lawsuit was later dropped after the couple reached a co-parenting agreement, which marked a shift toward a more amicable approach.

TMZ recently (Sept. 10) reported that they previously went to "mediation" to work on a property and child custody settlement. Despite their sticky situation, the two moved on from each other and explored new romantic interests. Turner has been with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, and Jonas rubbed elbows with actress Stormi Bree and Lebanese actress Laila Abdallah.

Jonas recently performed U2's iconic hit "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" during a Jonas Brothers concert in Dublin, which many interpreted as a symbolic nod to his personal journey. Fans have speculated whether the song choice reflects his emotional state in the aftermath of the divorce.

Fan Of View: Fans are now eager to learn more about how the couple will navigate co-parenting post-divorce. Many are curious about whether their daughters will ultimately live in the U.K. with Turner or if Jonas will maintain primary custody in the U.S. While the public is hungry for more details, fans have been vocal about respecting the couple's privacy, especially when it comes to their children.

Interestingly, some fans are now turning their attention to Jonas' upcoming solo album, hoping it will provide deeper insights into his feelings about the split. For now, as  Jonas and Turner close this chapter of their lives, the well-being of their children remains the priority for both.

Fans, while curious, ultimately share that sentiment.
