New Music Friday is back and better than ever before. With major releases in country, hip-hop, pop, rap, and indie, this week will surely have an eclectic mix of rising stars and celebs we all know and love to make one incredible playlist this weekend.

“Illusion” - Dua Lipa

Queen Dua is back with another single from her upcoming LP, Radical Optimism, produced by Tame Impala's Kevin Parker. The track brings a fresh nuance to the classic Lipa sound, something her fans will eat up right away.


“Espresso” - Sabrina Carpenter 

Fan-favorite Carpenter is back and fantastic yet again, with banger "Espresso," sure to bring the party all the way through the weekend. Carpenter's playful and carefree vibe is always infectious. 


"We Still Don’t Trust You" - Future

Future returns to the scene with a fresh new track, "We Still Don't Trust You," feat. Metro Boomin'. He brings his signature flow to the track, and the add from Metro keeps the energy high.

“Like A Bomb” - Lauren Freebird

Newcomer Freebird is soaring into the scene in a massive way with its new release, "Like A Bomb," bringing all the fire you need to get through any tough situation. 

“The Thing About Fences” - Walker County

Sister country duo Walker County is celebrating a release nearly a decade in the making with their highly anticipated full-length album Painted Ponies available today. "To say we are proud of our debut album Painted Ponies would be an understatement. We have almost 10 years of love and lyrics poured into this project. We are so excited to share with the world these songs we have loved for so long. We hope y’all love it as much as we do,” Walker County shared. Our Fandom Daily favorite pick from the album is "The Thing About Fences," a heart-wrenching tale of moving on from something you thought you always wanted. The project is a stunning testament to the duo's hard work and immense talent, each track crafted with authenticity and care.

“Fire Works” - Jordana Bryant

With lyrics, "I don't know what it means / But when you look at me / I swear that everything just looks a little brighter / Somehow, a tiny spark turned into fireworks
You pulled me out the dark / I guess that's just how fire works / Just how fire works," Bryant is heating up the country scene yet again with another smash single. Bryant, with several viral songs and videos already, continues to impress with her expanding, maturing repertoire. 

“Oh Well” feat. Chris StapletonSlash

Guitar legend from Guns 'N' Roses, Slash, returns with a new single featuring country's favorite husky male vocal, Stapleton. The two have intertwined to make a stunning collaboration filled with soul. 

"Ending Starts" - Lee Tucker

Tucker releases a vulnerable track, "Ending Starts," about immense heartbreak, and knowing that the relationship is ending. The country artist depicts this sitation perfectly, bringing us all back to a time when we knew something was bound to fail.

“To Hell” - Tracielynn

In a press statement, rising star Tracielynn shares, "The song came from a place of being cheated on in the past a very long time ago," tells Tracielynn. "It encapsulates that initial highest peak moment of emotions that someone would feel immediately after finding out they’ve been cheated on. Basically, the phase we go through before feeling level-headed and moving on." The single is a breath of fresh air, with Tracielynn's unique vocals and strong prescense taking the lead on "To Hell."

“Would If I Could” (feat. Lainey Wilson)ERNEST

Wilson and ERNEST collab for a genuine and emotional single, with bell-bottom queen Wilson singing on the track, "You're tellin' me things would be different this time / I wish your change of heart would change my mind / I want to believe you, I'd try us again / If I really believed there was some future in it," the two make for an incredible pairing.

"Craving California (Acoustic)" - Mark Robert Cash

Mark Robert Cash returns with a stellar acoustic version of "Craving California," a huge difference from the original; Cash breaks it down and gives us a genuine, soulful performance.

“All Of Time” Dylan Jakobsen

The new single represents a significant milestone in Jakobsen's career; as he's married his partner, Carissa, it also marks his first exploration into the realm of love songs. A mid-tempo love confessional, the single seamlessly blends the traditional elements of country music with a Bridgerton-inspired string quartet, creating a captivating and truly unique listening experience. Jakobsen and his bride were featured in People Magazine.
