Today's biggest musical artists and celebrities descended upon the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles last night for the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

It was an epic night celebrating the hottest artists and songs of all genres appearing on iHeartRadio stations. Taylor Swift took home the coveted Artist of the Year award, Sabrina Carpenter snagged the Pop Artist of the Year award, and newcomer Alex Warren took home both the Pop Best New Artist award and Song of the Year award for "Ordinary."

Here are some of the most memorable moments from the evening.

Alysa Liu and Taylor Swift Praise One Another

Alysa Liu made quite the name for herself this year at the 2026 Winter Olympics by winning gold in the women's singles. She attributes this feat to Taylor Swift directly with the 'Blade Angels' promo she narrated. “I gotta say, I think that’s why we won,” said the Olympian while presenting Taylor the Artist of the Year award. Taylor took her first moment on stage to acknowledge Alysa. “First of all, to receive this award from Alysa,” she began her speech. “You brought me so much happiness and everyone else so much happiness with your performances.” We love to see two giants at their craft support one another.

Alex Warren's Acceptance Speech Was Cut for Time

Alex Warren made a splash last night by winning two big awards of the evening: Pop Best New Artist award and Song of the Year. Unfortunately for him though, he couldn't give a speech for his Song of the Year award due to time constraints. Not an exaggeration, the credits actually began to roll for viewers at home after his name was announced.

In response to this he posted a bathroom selfie with his wife to celebrate his win. It definitely wasn't an "ordinary" way to accept an award but at the end of the day, a win is a win.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Attended First Award Show Together

Taylor Swift has been spotted at many Chiefs games over the years, but last night Travis Kelce sat on the sidelines for his fiancé. The power couple made a rare appearance together at the award show last night, marking the first time the two attended one together. This seemed to be the right one to attend since Swift took home seven iHeartRadio Music Awards, including Artist of the Year. While accepting, Taylor gave a shoutout to her man. “This album probably also feels very happy and confident and free because that’s the way that I get to feel every single day of my life because of my fiancé, who is here tonight.” A new step in their relationship has been unlocked.

Miley Cyrus Accepted the Innovator Award

Miley Cyrus has had quite the week. After the premier of a 20th anniversary Hannah Montana special on Disney+, the star was awarded the Innovator Award at this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards. While on stage, Cyrus spoke on what Innovation means to her. "Innovation for me hasn’t been about leaving who I’ve been behind, but about keeping the journey of finding myself a lot of fun." Then of course she ended her speech with a Hannah Montana reference by saying, "This really is the life!" Very fitting.

TLC, En Vogue, and Salt-N-Pepa's Group Performance Rocked the House

What would an awards show be without performances? 90's hip-hop groups TLC, En Vogue and Salt-N-Pepa announced their first joint tour together for this summer and attendees at the awards show got a first glimpse. The trio of acts busted out tried and true hits like "Waterfalls," "Push It" and "Free Your Mind." No surprise to anyone, they still got it!
