In 'The Valley' Episode 3, Jax checks into rehab, while explosive rumors from a secret boys' chat accuse Michelle of dating a billionaire for his money.
The Valley is back with more drama, and Fandom Daily is here to break it all down. In Season 2, Episode 3, the emotional fallout continues as the group picks up where they left off – this time with more tears, tension, and tea parties.
While Jesse Lally may not technically be the lead, he’s definitely at the center of this week’s biggest moments, from his messy divorce with Michelle Saniei to his budding friendship with Kristen Doute. Meanwhile, Jax Taylor's decision to enter rehab brings a rare moment of unity to the group, though it doesn’t come without emotional baggage. Trust us, a lot went down.
Before you tune in for tonight’s all-new episode (May 6), make sure to read our full recap to catch up on every jaw-dropping moment.
The episode opens with a major shake-up: Jax has officially checked into rehab. Jason Caperna, Janet Caperna, and Michelle head to Brittany Cartwright's house to check in. Brittany gets emotional as she opens up about Jax’s struggles, revealing that if he leaves rehab early, he’s planning to file for divorce and seek full custody of their son, Cruz. Michelle bluntly tells Brittany that she’d already be filing if she were in her position.
Kristen and Luke meet at Jesse’s for breakfast, and the conversation quickly turns to Michelle. Kristen says she’s done trying with Michelle after being shut out. However, she confirms that the rumors Kristen heard about Michelle dating people while with Jesse did not include her current boyfriend, Aaron Nosler but Jesse doesn’t believe it. Jesse thinks that Michelle and Aaron have been dating all along, pointing out that they’ve had honey from Aaron’s company in the house for over two years.
Janet calls Kristen to extend a birthday party invite. Kristen accepts, even though the vibes are complicated. Later, Kristen and Nia Sanchez visit a fertility acupuncture center, where Kristen opens up about the loss she experienced the year before. It’s a rare and raw moment of vulnerability. Meanwhile, Luke Broderick and Danny Booko watch the kids, and Nia wonders aloud if marriage is in Kristen and Luke’s future. Luke later admits to Danny that he’s seriously thinking about proposing.
But then things take a sharp left turn. Danny tells Luke about Jax’s “boys chat” with a troubling motto: “no rules, what happens in the boys chat stays in the boys chat.” It’s clear this off-the-record thread is fueling rumors, resentment and a boatload of drama.
At Janet’s birthday party, Brittany drops the bomb: she tells Michelle and Nia about the boys chat and the wild rumors circulating, most notably, a claim that Michelle is allegedly seeing a billionaire for $1,200 a night. Michelle is stunned. Danny confirms that the rumor is out there, and Jesse says there’s been talk for months that a mole has been leaking info from the chat.
Kristen, who’s no fan of Michelle, says she doesn’t approve of Jesse allegedly spreading rumors like this about Michelle. Jesse fires back that Danny can’t control his drinking, and Jason backs him up, saying Danny was recently inappropriate with Jasmine and her girlfriend Melissa during a night out. It’s a full-on group implosion.
As the party spirals, the group starts planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Michelle makes a power move, saying she refuses to stay in the same house as Jesse and demands he stay at a hotel, even though he booked the house and is planning most of the trip. She calls for a group vote, but it doesn’t go her way. The episode ends with Michelle crying, frustrated that her attempt at control backfired.
Episode 3 had The Valley fans locked in. With Jax in rehab (finally), the chaos baton was passed to Michelle and Jesse, and it delivered. Between the honey timeline, the billionaire rumor, and that wild blow-up at Dave & Buster’s, Bravoholics were fed. The group chat? Unhinged. Michelle trying to vote Jesse off the trip? Petty genius. This show is quietly becoming Bravo’s most chaotic gem and we need that reunion group chat slideshow now.
