Country music's elite gathered at The Moody Center in Austin, Texas, for the 2024 CMT Music Awards (April 7), showcasing a blend of talent, emotion, and celebration throughout the star-studded event. 

This year's ceremony was a testament to the talent and dedication within the country music industry. Among the evening's highlights, Jelly Roll emerged as a standout, claiming victory in all three categories for which he was nominated. His hit song "Need a Favor" secured him the prestigious Video of the Year award, while his performances also earned him recognition as Male Video of the Year and CMT Performance of the Year. The night showcased a lineup of stellar performances, including appearances by Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and more. 

A poignant tribute honored the late Toby Keith, featuring acts by Wilson, Brooks & Dunn, and Sammy Hagar, accompanied by Keith's longtime band. The heartfelt gesture was met with emotion from Toby's family and friends in attendance. Additionally, Trisha Yearwood was recognized with the inaugural June Carter Cash Humanitarian Award, underscoring her commitment to philanthropy and compassion.
