Mahomes Speaks Out on 'Disappointing' Robbery

Mahomes first addressed the robbery during a Chiefs press conference on November 13, expressing frustration. “It’s disappointing… something you don’t want happening to anybody, but especially yourself,” Mahomes, 29, said. On November 3, Milwaukee Bucks forward revealed on Instagram that he had been robbed the previous day while his team was playing, with thieves making off with "most" of his "prized possessions." Along with the announcement, Portis shared surveillance footage of the break-in. In a follow-up video on November 6, he offered a $40,000 cash reward for any tips or information leading to the return of his stolen items.
