JoJo Siwa, the 18-year-old singer, dancer, and former Dance Moms star, recently found herself at the center of controversy after being booed at the New York City Pride parade. 

It wasn't long until a video began circulating on social media, grabbing her follower's attention. 

"Who the living f – just booed me," said Siwa. "Where the f – did that come from? Which one of you?" 

She ended the shocking speech, "Respectfully, f –you."

Despite her colorful and inclusive persona, Siwa faced criticism from some attendees who questioned her authenticity and LGBTQ+ advocacy. Since her dramatic transformation, she shared her perspective to defend her new identity. 

"People are afraid of things they don't know," she previously told E! News. "Things can be scary for people. New things can be very, very scary."
