Nicole Kidman may have a new admirer in her corner just weeks after her divorce from Keith Urban was finalized, sparking a flurry of online reactions from fans. TMZ reports multimillionaire businessman Paul Salem,the 62-year-old chairman of MGM Resorts International, has made his interest known to people close to him. However, sources stressed the pair have only interacted in group settings and "are not dating."

Insiders tell TMZ that Salem and Kidman share two mutual friends and have mingled twice in group situations. Still, the chatter comes hot on the heels of Kidman’s divorce from Urban being finalized on Jan. 6, after the couple announced their separation in September 2025.

At the time, a close source told Page Six, "Sometimes relationships just run their course." Adding that Kidman "did not want the separation and was trying to save things."

Kidman, 58, appears focused on family and work. Allegedly she's been spending lots of time with daughters Sunday Rose,17, and Faith Margaret,15. 

"Nicole spends a lot of time with her girls," shared the outlet. "She loves family time. She is refreshed and optimistic about the new year. Looking ahead to a busy and exciting year professionally too, with several projects coming up." 

 Salem, who is also a divorcee, reportedly split from his ex-wife Navyn Salem in 2021.

Urban, meanwhile, has faced his own swirl of dating rumors, from links to his 25-year-old guitarist Maggie Baugh to singer Karley Scott Collins. Those stories were largely dismissed by the parties involved, though the Daily Mail quoted an insider who claimed Urban "has someone" and suggested the new person might even be living with him. 

"I hear he [Urban] has someone, which is why the girls are publicly supporting Mom," said the source. "People think they are even living together. Look, teen girls love their dads, so there's a reason they're making it three against one." 

Fans have been quick to weigh in, a mix of swooning and protective energy has consumed social media feeds.
