Bravo's new reality show, 'Next Gen NYC' premieres June 3 at 9 p.m. ET.
Get ready for a brand-new reality TV experience as Bravo announced early Tuesday morning (April 8) the official cast for Next Gen NYC, a show that brings the next generation of Real Housewives to the forefront.
Premiering on Tuesday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET, with episodes streaming the next day on Peacock, this show promises to showcase the lives of the kids we've watched grow up on reality TV and some fresh faces, too.
Fans should expect to see some familiar faces. The highly anticipated show will feature the children of some of Bravo's most iconic Real Housewives. Kim Zolciak's daughter Ariana Biermann, Kandi Burruss' daughter Riley Burruss, Teresa Giudice's daughter Gia Giudice, and Meredith Marks' son Brooks Marks will all share their journeys as they try to establish their own identities while navigating the exciting chaos of life in New York City.
However, don't expect just another reality show. These kids are making their own way, and the drama is already jaw-dropping. Joining them are Ava Dash, the daughter of hip-hop mogul Damon Dash and fashion icon Rachel Roy, as well as Emira D'Spain, Shai Fruchter, Georgia McCann, Hudson McLeroy, and Charlie Zakkour.
Their stories will intertwine with the already drama-filled lives of the Bravolebrity kids, bringing in a mix of personalities, ambition, and, of course, a little friendly rivalry. The trailer gives us a glimpse of what's to come, and it's clear that the show will be filled with drama.
In true reality TV fashion, there's already tension brewing. In one particular moment, Ariana claps back at Ava, saying, "Excuse me, Becky, with the good hair? I want Ava with the bitch ass attitude."
The show won't shy away from exploring more personal moments either. A teaser clip shows Brooks being asked by his dad, Seth Marks, "How's your sex life?" to which Brooks awkwardly responds, "That's not something I need to talk to my dad about."
Fans are already questioning Next Gen NYC, with some excited for a fresh take on reality TV, while others aren't quite sold on the concept.
"NepoBabies of Bravo would have been a better name," one fan joked on Instagram, while another commenter wasn't feeling the cast, "Concept, yes. Cast hell no. Pass." Still, some have expressed concerns over the chemistry, suggesting it feels like the producers simply threw together "random kids of bravolebs" without real chemistry.
